Description
A cocktail as fun and unexpected as it’s name. According to David Kaplan, Nick Fauchald and Alex Day at Death & Co, this was an idea born of a blend of a Last Word and a Paper Plane. Very refreshing, very delicious, and it’s always fun to try a new sip! – enjoy!
Ingredients
Scale
3/4 oz. Mezcal (we use Peloton de la Muerte)
3/4 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
3/4 oz. Aperol
3/4 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a coupe. No garnish required but we thought a really thin lime slice was pretty!
