Description

Another classic lime cocktail that just might be this summer’s hit!  Borrowed from ‘Cocktail Codex’, by Alex Day, Nick Fauchald and David Kaplan, we’ve also already premixed a ‘jug’ of these, leaving the lime to add to individual drinks…perfect when mixing sippers for a crowd – enjoy!

Ingredients

Scale

For one cocktail;

3/4 oz. London dry gin (we used Tanqueray the first go, but Plymouth is also a house regular)

3/4 oz. green Chartreuse

3/4 oz. Luxardo maraschino liqueur

3/4 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice

sliced or slivered limes for garnish – optional

Instructions

Shake all ingredients on ice, then strain into a (chilled) coupe – no garnish required but a showing of lime always looks good!
