Nutella Brownies

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. (442 g) Nutella
2 eggs, room temperature
1/2 t/ kosher salt AND 1/3 c. (43 g) flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350, grease an 8 x 8 pan, line it with parchment if you wish for easier removal and grease the parchment.
In a large bowl, whisk together the Nutella, eggs and salt until smooth (I actually used a fork) and then switch to a spatula to fold in the flour. Scrape the mix into your prepared pan and even out the top, then bake for about 25 minutes until the middle is set, slightly puffed, and an instant thermometer comes out of the middle at 200 degrees.
Allow the brownies to cool to room temperature before cutting or using the parchment ends to carefully remove to a cutting board. These can dry out quickly so definitely tuck in straight away!
