Of course I had lemon curd in the fridge – it was December! You’ll try these for the name and then keep making them for how tasty they are. A random find on the internet, this cocktail is yet another excuse to make Lemon Tarts again – enjoy!
1 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. EACH limoncello, fresh lemon juice AND simple syrup
1 t. lemon curd (or more to taste)
Limonata soda to top – though we used club soda
Combine all ingredients except for the soda in a shaker over ice. Shake well and then strain into a coupe glass and top with soda. Garnish as you wish (dehydrated lemon is recommended).
