Sabrina’s Blue Cheese Dressing

  • Author: Meagan

Description

I made this as one of the ‘options’ to use on beef tenderloin sandwiches and got the recipe from my sister-in-law.   If you love blue cheese, it’s heavenly and I’m sure it could be thinned with milk to use on a Cobb salad.  Also, you can either mash it all by hand for a more chunky feel, or put it through the blender as I did and add a few crumbled bits of blue cheese for texture at the end.

Ingredients

Scale

Sabrina’s Blue Cheese Dressing

1/2 c. EACH mayonnaise AND sour cream

2 T. seasoned rice vinegar (or cider vinegar)

2 T. milk AND 1/2 t. salt

3 oz. or a good half cup of blue cheese – or use as much as you wish

Instructions

Prepare as you’d like, either combining all by hand or using a blender and slather on your favorite sandwich.  This is also a perfect accompaniment to hot wings!
