Dinner takes about 3 minutes to prep with this recipe and you’ll be shocked at how tasty it is! I found this online, and have already passed it onto several people since I’m so behind with my postings – enjoy!
Honey Garlic Chicken (Slow Cooker)
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 t. dried basil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. honey
Put the chicken into your slow cooker. In a medium bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients and pour the mix over the chicken. Cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours (HIGH for about 3), and you’re done! We enjoyed ours with brown rice and and green beans.
