After some taste-testing, Brock made this up based on a couple of recipes from, ‘Bitters’, by Brad Thomas Parsons. Boozy and delicious – enjoy!
For 1 cocktail;
2 oz. Apple Brandy (we use Laird’s)
1 oz. Antica Formula (sweet vermouth)
1/4 oz. Fernet-Branca
1/4 oz. Luxardo Maraschino Originale
Measure all ingredients into a cocktail mixing glass and stir 49 times (Brock’s instructions, I roll my eyes too). Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice and start sipping!
