Summer Thyme

  • Author: Meagan

Description

We were gifted an awesome idea of cocktail recipes and all necessary bits (even a link to an instructional video!) delivered to our door.  This is one of those recipes and the card says that it’s by Dinah Kisil – absolutely another patio favorite! – enjoy!

Ingredients

Scale

For 1 serving;

1 3/4 oz. your favorite gin (we used Plymouth)

3/4 oz. EACH lavender syrup (Prosyro is the brand we had) AND freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 thyme springs + more for garnish

4 droppers of Mt. Fuji bitters

Instructions

Measure and add all but the extra twig of thyme for garnish to your shaker and gently muddle the 2 thyme sprigs before adding any ice.  Add ice and shake for about 15 seconds then strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.  Garnish as you wish (a lemon slice would also be nice), and start your sipping!
