Endless Summer

  • Author: Meagan

Description

A super refreshing, citrus-y backyard beverage that you’ll truly be enjoying all summer long.  Borrowed from the, ‘Cocktail Codex’, by Alex Day, Nick Fauchald and David Kaplan, this is a creation of Devon Tarby – enjoy!

Ingredients

Scale

For 1 tall drink;

1 oz. EACH white tequila AND white vermouth

1/4 oz. Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse

1/4 oz. Giffard blue curacao (actually something we chose not to buy, orange curacao works!)

3/4 oz. EACH fresh pineapple juice AND fresh lime juice

1/4 oz. simple syrup (we often don’t use any)

grapefruit or lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.  Garnish as you wish!
