Ginger Lemon Fizz
Description
This showed up on Instagram via thefeedfeed, and it’s super refreshing. We adjusted it slightly to include Ginger Liqueur instead of ginger juice and simple syrup – enjoy!
Ingredients
Scale
2 oz. gin
1.5 oz. Ginger Liqueur – we love New Deal’s, but Giffard’s Ginger of Indies is also really lovely (even on it’s own)
1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
Soda to top it off and lemon pinwheels to garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients except the soda and garnish into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled tall glass, top with soda and garnish as you wish!
