Description
2020’s hit summer cocktail…it’s so worth it to source the ingredients! Borrowed/found/discovered in the ‘Cocktail Codex’, by Alex Day, Nick Fauchald and David Kaplan, garnished with a fresh raspberry, this beauty will bring a smile to your face any time of the year!
Ingredients

3/4 oz. your favorite gin (we love Black Friars Plymouth Gin for this)
3/4 oz. Amaro Montenegro (if you can’t find this, then use another Amaro)
3/4 oz. Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse (thank you Vine Arts for special ordering this for us back in April!)
3/4 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
fresh berries to garnish (our addition)
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice then strain into a coupe glass – garnish if you wish!
