Dark ‘N’ Stormy

If you Google Dark ‘N’ Stormy…this is what you get, ‘a Dark ‘N’ Stormy is a highball cocktail made with Goslings Black Seal Rum and ginger beer served over ice and garnished with a slice of lime…and, well, that’s the recipe! – enjoy!
Ingredients
2 oz. Goslings Black Seal Bermuda Black Rum
ginger beer to top it off (we love The Great Jamaican Old Tyme Ginger Beer)
1/2 to 3/4 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice (usually the juice from a good-sized lime wedge)
**2023 update – add a teaspoon of Ginger Liqueur (like Giffard Ginger of the Indies) to each cocktail to enhance the ginger-y-ness**
slices of lime to garnish
Instructions
Fill a highball glass with ice, add the rum, fill to the top with ginger beer (and the Ginger Liqueur!), give it all a stir, a good squeeze of lime and top with a lime wedge. It definitely doesn’t have to be dark and stormy to enjoy these!
