Another super sauce that goes with just about anything. Thanks to the Minimalist Baker for sharing!
1/3 c. tahini AND 1/4 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 T. maple syrup (or honey) AND 1/2 t. sea salt
4 t. grated fresh ginger
warm water as needed to thin
In a small bowl, whisk together everything but the water and then add a little bit of water at a time until the sauce is the consistency that you’d like. Taste for seasonings and adjust accordingly. We enjoyed ours over some leftover pulled pork and roasted vegetables, but it would make a smashing salad dressing as well – enjoy!
