Super Simple Dill Dip

  • Author: Meagan

Description

I almost always have a dip of some sort in the fridge because if there’s no time/energy/ingredients for a salad (which we often have as an ‘after school’ snack), then cut up vegetables with dip make a quick and tasty (healthy!) way to take that hunger edge off.  We love dill, so I did a quick search and found this ridiculously easy dip on allrecipes.com – and it’s even better if you’re able to make it ahead!

Ingredients

Scale

1 c. EACH mayonnaise AND sour cream

1 T. EACH dried parsley AND seasoning salt (I use Lawry’s)

2 T. EACH dried dill AND dehydrated, minced onion

Instructions

Whisk everything together then cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours so that the flavors have a chance to come together.  Serve with just about anything – enjoy!
