Who loves Instagram? I’m a huge fan…especially of the Tasty food videos! The following is simply a template, store-bought spinach ravioli, rotisserie chicken, white sauce, lots of cheese – one stop Costco shop, especially if you’re going to make an extra pan for the freezer – enjoy!

Ravioli Lasagna – for 1 large pan (or 2 smaller ones)

~30 oz. of your favorite ravioli, cooked according to package directions and well-drained

2 to 3 c. shredded chicken

2+ c. grated mozzarella (or old cheddar, or a combo of what’s in your fridge)

white sauce – recipe below

White Sauce

2 T. butter AND 1 T. minced garlic

4 c. cream AND 2 c. finely grated Parmesan

1/2 t. nutmeg AND salt and pepper to taste

For the sauce – in a large non-stick skillet on medium heat, melt the butter and carefully cook the garlic for a minute or so and then pour in all of the cream and add in all of the Parmesan and spices. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened and then take the sauce off the heat and set it aside.

To build the lasagna(s) from the bottom up – thin layer of sauce, single layer of ravioli, half of the chicken, good layer of grated cheese – repeat!

Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbling throughout and then allow the lasagna to rest for a few minutes before serving.
