Kombu Celery

  • Author: Meagan

Description

Direct from Bon Appétit (and thanks SO much to Kyla for pointing it out) – this is the easiest, tastiest, (good for you!), snack slash appetizer that anyone could ask or hope for – enjoy!

Ingredients

Scale

Kombu Celery

5 or 6 celery stalks, cut into 3 inch thin strips

1 T. furikake – this is a seaweed, sesame spice mix used to season rice – it’s found in all Asian markets (and even Superstore)

1 T. toasted sesame oil

1 t. soy sauce

more toasted sesame seeds for garnish if you wish

Instructions

Toss everything except the garnish into a small bowl and combine well, then chill uncovered for about a half hour before serving to allow the flavors to come together.  You’ll wish you made more!
