sheets with parchment paper and set aside.\u00a0 In your electric mixer, beat together the butter and SunButter for about 30 seconds until smooth, and then add in both sugars, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt and beat again &#8211; scrape down the sides as needed.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-2\">Add in the egg and vanilla and beat until combined, then turn the mixer to a lower speed and slowly add in all of the flour.\u00a0 Once the dough comes together and you&#8217;re not at risk for flour flying everywhere, increase the mixer speed and mix the dough until it&#8217;s well combined.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">Roll the dough into 1-inch (25 g) balls and then roll each ball thoroughly in sugar before placing on a tray and refrigerating them for a good half hour.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">When you&#8217;re ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350.\u00a0 Bake for <strong>8-10 minutes<\/strong> until the balls have flattened slightly and have <em>just<\/em> started to crack, then remove from the oven and leave them to rest for\u00a0<strong>5 minutes<\/strong>.\u00a0 Carefully transfer the cookies to a tray that will fit into your freezer, press a chocolate kiss into the center of each and then pop the tray into the freezer for\u00a0<strong>10 minutes<\/strong>\u00a0so the chocolate can set.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-5\">These
