MSG)<\/p>\n<p><span data-amount=\"0.5\">1\/2<\/span> t. <strong>EACH<\/strong> freshly ground pepper <strong>AND<\/strong> dried oregano<\/p>\n<p><span data-amount=\"0.25\">1\/4<\/span> c. fresh parsley, chopped<\/p>\n<p><span data-amount=\"1\">1<\/span> c. sour cream<\/p>\n<p><span data-amount=\"2\">2<\/span>&#8211;<span data-amount=\"4\">4<\/span> c. grated monterey jack cheese or Tex-Mex blend<\/p>\n<p><span data-amount=\"1\">1<\/span>, 215 mL bottle hot taco sauce (or medium, or mild)<\/p>\n<p>**I&#8217;ve made these with lean pork and added in a can (540 mL\/19 oz) of white kidney beans &#8211; I&#8217;ve also added a can (540 mL\/19 oz) of black beans to the beef version**<\/p>\n<p>~20 large, 10-inch whole wheat tortillas (or any kind you prefer)<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\t\t<hr data-tasty-recipes-customization=\"secondary-color.border-color secondary-color.background-color\">\n\t\n\t\t<div class=\"tasty-recipes-instructions\">\n\t\t<div class=\"tasty-recipes-instructions-header\">\n\t\t\t<h3 data-tasty-recipes-customization=\"h3-color.color h3-transform.text-transform\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-tasty-recipes-customization=\"body-color.color\">\n\t\t\t<p id=\"instruction-step-1\">In a large skillet, cook the beef and onions until the beef is crumbly and no longer pink &#8211; drain the mixture if you need to and return it to the skillet.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-2\">Add the taco seasoning, pepper, oregano, and parsley and stir, then add the sour cream, taco sauce and as much cheese as you think you&#8217;d like.\u00a0 Continue to stir until all is well mixed and the cheese is completely melted.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">Remove the skillet from the heat and get ready to wrap the burritos.\u00a0 If you&#8217;re going to bake them, lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan (or whatever size you need), and once the burritos are wrapped, lay them side by side and sprinkle the whole thing with more cheese, salsa, or even jalapenos and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes until it&#8217;s all heated through &#8211; this shouldn&#8217;t take long if the beef mixture is already warm.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-4\">I get ready by tearing off sheets of plastic wrap and laying them around the kitchen and then rolling and wrapping each burrito individually.\u00a0 Place about 3\/4 cup of beef mixture to one side of the burrito, fold the side over the mixture and tuck it in, fold in the ends, then roll it over, tuck in the ends and roll it over again &#8211; it should be wrapped.\u00a0 Next, set the burrito seam-side down on a piece of plastic wrap and wrap it tightly.\u00a0 Place them in a freezer bag for the freezer and then just microwave them when you want them<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\n\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"tasty-recipes-other-details\"
