With the mixer still on low, alternately add the flour mix in 3 portions with the coffee, beginning and ending with the flour.\u00a0 Scrape down the bowl if needed and mix until no trace of flour can be seen.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">Add the batter to your prepared cake pans and then weigh them to make sure that the batter is evenly distributed.\u00a0 Bake for about 35 minutes (for both
