EACH flour\u00a0<strong>AND<\/strong>\u00a0coarse yellow cornmeal (I used Bob\u2019s Red Mill, medium)<\/p>\n<p><span data-amount=\"2\">2<\/span> t. baking powder\u00a0<strong>AND<\/strong>\u00a01 t. kosher salt<\/p>\n<p><span data-amount=\"1\">1<\/span> c. sour cream\u00a0<strong>AND<\/strong>\u00a02 eggs<\/p>\n<p><span data-amount=\"1.5\">1 1\/2<\/span> c. grated old cheddar (or Parmesan)<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t\t\t<hr data-tasty-recipes-customization=\"secondary-color.border-color secondary-color.background-color\">\n\t\n\t\t<div class=\"tasty-recipes-instructions\">\n\t\t<div class=\"tasty-recipes-instructions-header\">\n\t\t\t<h3 data-tasty-recipes-customization=\"h3-color.color h3-transform.text-transform\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-tasty-recipes-customization=\"body-color.color\">\n\t\t\t<p id=\"instruction-step-1\">Preheat the oven to 350 and drop 4 tablespoons of the butter into a 9 x 13 baking dish or a casserole of a similar size. Pop your chosen dish into the oven until the butter melts, then take the pan out and carefully swirl the melted butter across the bottom so that it\u2019s evenly distributed. Set the casserole aside, it\u2019s totally fine if it cools off completely.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-2\">In a large skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat and add in the corn, green onion, rosemary, salt and a good grinding of pepper. Cook, stirring regularly until the corn gives off some liquid and softens a bit \u2013 this should take about 5 minutes. Remove the skillet from the heat and discard the rosemary sprig.<\/p>\n<p id=\"instruction-step-3\">Stir in the flour, cornmeal, baking powder and second teaspoon of salt, then in a small separate bowl whisk together the sour cream and eggs. Add this also to the corn mix, along with half of the grated cheese and stir well to combine. Scrape all into your prepared casserole and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden on top and bubbling throughout.
