Description
I saw Roger Mooking make this on the Food Network – I just put it together the lazy way and mixed all of the ingredients together in the roasting pan. **Another way to roast that I’ve seen in several places is to toss the cauliflower with a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper, bake at 425 for 10 minutes, sprinkle liberally with Parmesan, then bake for another 10 – quick and awesome!**
Ingredients
Roasted Cauliflower
1 head of cauliflower, cut into similar sized florets
canola or olive oil
4–6 cloves of garlic, finely minced
1 T. cumin
1/4 – 1/2 c. panko crumbs
salt and freshly ground pepper
2 T. butter
Instructions
Place all of the cauliflower in a greased roasting pan, sprinkle with 3-4 tablespoons of oil and the garlic and use your hands to toss it around and coat it. Sprinkle evenly with the cumin, some salt and pepper and then enough panko crumbs to lightly coat all of it.
Cut the butter into tiny pieces and sprinkle over the top of all of the cauliflower and then roast at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes. Super tasty side dish!
