Description

Brock and I found this online years ago to be used as a salad garnish – preferably in a lettuce, pear and gorgonzola salad. But the pecans are so tasty that they also make a great appetizer that no one can leave alone.

Ingredients

Scale

Sweet and Spicy Pecans

Stir together;

3 T. melted butter

1 T. EACH minced garlic AND chili powder

2 T. EACH brown sugar, white sugar AND hot sauce – I use Sriracha

1/2 t. salt

Then toss in and stir to coat;

3 c. pecans

Instructions

Bake at 350 for 10 – 15 minutes, stirring at least once and allow to cool before serving or tossing in a salad.
